It is held in a private location to create space for depth, reflection, and emotional safety.
You can choose a 1:1 experience or groups of four women or less.

MEET ALLISON
For two decades, I operated at the highest levels of the corporate world, designing transformational programs for Fortune 500 companies. My career was dedicated to the mechanics of human potential—understanding how people learn, how they pivot, and how they succeed. But while I was building frameworks for global leaders, life was preparing me for a much more intimate transformation.
A decade ago, I faced a life-altering setback that stripped away my sense of self. I navigated the heavy terrain of shame, guilt, and disconnection, only to realize that the strategy I had been teaching others didn't apply to my own healing until I added one missing ingredient: Radical Self-Love.
I realized that we are often taught how to perform, but rarely how to be. We are taught how to manage our time, but not how to honor our boundaries. We are taught how to look "the part," but not how to love the woman in the mirror.
The most powerful thing you can do is affirm who you are—especially when the world tells you otherwise.
The Lens and the Lesson
Photography has been my heartbeat since college. Through the lens, I don't just see a face; I see a story—the posture, the energy, and the authentic light that many women have learned to dim. I realized that when a woman is witnessed authentically, it transforms how she sees herself. My photography sessions naturally evolved into deep coaching conversations. My clients didn’t just want a new headshot; they wanted a new vision for their lives. This led me to become a Certified Mindset & Business Coach, blending my strategic corporate background with my passion for personal empowerment.
